THE CHARTREUSE AFFAIR

Thursday, February 5, 6:30–9:30 PM

Join Sepia’s Head Bartender, Keith Meicher, for the second installment of our annual Chartreuse Pairing Dinner, an unforgettable evening celebrating one of the world’s most iconic and elusive spirits. Tickets are $275 per person, plus tax and 20% gratuity.

The evening begins with an amuse-bouche and a welcome cocktail, followed by a five-course tasting menu crafted by Executive Chef Kyle Cottle. Each course will be expertly paired with either a straight pour or a Chartreuse-based cocktail, thoughtfully created by Keith to showcase the spirit’s depth and complexity.

Guests will enjoy an extraordinary selection of Chartreuse, including: Green and Yellow Chartreuse, Green and Yellow VEP Chartreuse, Chartreuse Cuvée des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Sommeliers (MOF), Chartreuse 1605, Elixer Végétal de la Grande-Chartreuse.

Additional spirits with ties to Chartreuse, such as Sweet Gwendoline Gin, Auga Mágica Mezcal, and Sainte Louise Brandy, will also be featured throughout the evening.

Chef Andrew Zimmerman has participated in Chicago Restaurant Week, Cochon 555 and Heritage Fire, the Park Hyatt Tokyo’s Guest Chef Series, Food & Wine’s Entertaining Showcase and the Charleston Wine + Food Festival—and we look forward to even more exciting events this year.

 

VIETNAM WITH CHEF ANDREW ZIMMERMAN | 2024

Guests were able to accompany Chef Andrew Zimmerman on an 11-day discovery of one of the world’s most unforgettable destinations. They were able to experience a fully immersive trip through Vietnam, curated by Modern Adventure in November, 2024.
