HUNT & GATHER DINNER

Saturday, November 15 | 6:30 PM

Join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate the beauty of the forest and the season with a thoughtfully curated multi-course tasting menu. Savor the richness of wild game and foraged ingredients, with each dish expertly crafted and curated with hand-selected wines with influences from some of the most renowned wine regions throughout Europe.

The night will be a collaboration of Chef Andrew Zimmerman, Chef Kyle Cottle, and Wine Director Jake Bennie.

The journey begins with a cocktail reception at 6:30pm, featuring a selection of delectable bites, followed by the Hunt & Gather Menu and conclude around 9pm, or when the moon rises.

Enjoy bold, natural flavors prepared with care and respect for the bounty of the season.

Chef Andrew Zimmerman has participated in Chicago Restaurant Week, Cochon 555 and Heritage Fire, the Park Hyatt Tokyo’s Guest Chef Series, Food & Wine’s Entertaining Showcase and the Charleston Wine + Food Festival—and we look forward to even more exciting events this year.

 

VIETNAM WITH CHEF ANDREW ZIMMERMAN | 2024

Guests were able to accompany Chef Andrew Zimmerman on an 11-day discovery of one of the world’s most unforgettable destinations. They were able to experience a fully immersive trip through Vietnam, curated by Modern Adventure in November, 2024.
