An Evening with Maison Ferrand

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20 | 6:30 PM

Join Head Bartender Keith Meicher and Chefs Andrew Zimmerman and Kyle Cottle for a one-night celebration of Maison Ferrand, one of the world’s most innovative spirit producers. The evening begins with a welcome cocktail, followed by a four-course dinner paired with rare cognacs, rums, and cocktails crafted exclusively for the event. Featured pours include Pierre Ferrand Pineau des Charentes, Citadelle Gin, and limited-edition Planteray Single Cask Rums.

Chef Andrew Zimmerman has participated in Chicago Restaurant Week, Cochon 555 and Heritage Fire, the Park Hyatt Tokyo’s Guest Chef Series, Food & Wine’s Entertaining Showcase and the Charleston Wine + Food Festival—and we look forward to even more exciting events this year.

 

VIETNAM WITH CHEF ANDREW ZIMMERMAN | 2024

Guests were able to accompany Chef Andrew Zimmerman on an 11-day discovery of one of the world’s most unforgettable destinations. They were able to experience a fully immersive trip through Vietnam, curated by Modern Adventure in November, 2024.
